I'm preparing for a residency at North Cascades National Park. Since August, when I first found out I would be going, I started increasing the frequency of doing QiGong from 1-3 times per week to minimum every other day, or as often as 6 times per week. I feel a whole lot better: I sleep better (this has been happening steadily for several years) and I have fewer stomach troubles.
Some observations:
better ability to do any meditation
better visual art ideas
lower stress threshold
I'm planning to start a print edition for the print exchange at Simon Fraser this fall when I unpack.
